Since 2012, I have been co-running Sepia Illustration Agency, representing a carefully selected group of international illustrators. Alongside my own work as an illustrator, I develop the agency and support creative collaborations between artists, agencies, publishers and companies.

- Selecting and mentoring new talents
- Coordinating creative projects
- Developing project briefs and creative concepts
- Advising clients on visual communication
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Improving internal workflows and processes
- Conceptualising, developing and maintaining the agency website
